Apt. K is a studio apartment with a separate kitchen located on the second floor of the building priced at only $515 per month. 

It also has a main hallway entrance as well as a separate entrance in the rear of the building.  The floors throughout is waterproof hardwood-looking.  The kitchen has cherry-finished cabinets.  The bathroom has a one-piece bath/shower surround.  There is a built-in bookcase which is very handy, especially for students.  There is a large refrigerator and self-cleaning range.  All walls are insulated and all windows and doors are insulated for greater comfort.
